Please read the following terms and conditions before using this software.  Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

The Theatre (and Equipment, Uniform, Music Dept, Fabric and all Add-ons) Inventory Database is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Inventory Database is licensed, not sold. The Software is licensed for one organization at one location. The software may be installed on a single computer or a local area network and accessed by multiple users within the organization.
 
In addition, you are permitting Costume/Uniform Inventory Resources to modify your computer Registry to manage Trusted Locations settings.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE ORMERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF QUALITY, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.  THE USER MUST ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK OF USING THE PROGRAM. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.


Condition of use

You agree not to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Uniform Inventory Database . The software may be copied for backup purposes only.

Costs:

The database license is a ONE-TIME cost.  There are no monthly or yearly fees.  The Database is licensed to the Organization so the database may be installed on a single computer or a local area network with multiple workstations at no extra cost.  If the user/organization wishes to update their version of the database there may be a charge to do the update.  Please contact Costume / Uniform Inventory Resources for current pricing and special discounts.
