Software:

All Software comes with a free 30 day trial.  We recommend that you use the 30 day trial period to carefully test the software before purchase. Refunds are not given once the product has been purchased but we will credit your account to purchase other item from our site.


Inventory Tags:

No returns or refunds on inventory tags unless a mistake in printing has been made.  Free samples of tags and labels are given before final tag order is printed. Customers are responsible for thorough product testing.


Ditty Bags and Ditty Bag Kits:

Ditty Bags cannot be returned as they were custom sewn with your school/organization name on them.  Ditty Bag Kits can be returned if they are un-opened.  Please call if you are having difficulty with sewing the kit. Customer will pay all return shipping costs.


Barcode Scanners and Dritz Petite Press:

Barcode Scanners and Petite Presses can be returned if unopened.  Customer will pay all return shipping costs.
